Cancellation Policy:
District Pilates requires a 12 hour cancellation notice done by the client or the lesson fee will be forfeited in order to pay for the Reformer and the instructor. Clients must do this online and District Pilates is not responsible for clients registrations nor cancellations. If a client registers for the wrong location, District Pilates cannot allow a client to join unless paying for an additional session to adhere to our waitlist policy.
Waitlist Policy:
Any client with sessions may add themselves to any waitlist. If there is a cancellation and we are outside of the 12 hour cancellation window the client will be automatically added to the class. Any waitlisted clients that are on the waitlist and it is within the 12 hours, the first client on the list will be contacted to see if they are available to join.
Weather Policy:
District Pilates rarely closes as our locations due to weather as most of our community lives nearby but the studio will notify all clients scheduled ahead of time in the case of a studio closure due to incremental weather. We ask that clients do not register if there is a chance they cannot make it to class and will be responsible for any cancellations or no-shows. Signups can be done in the morning or during the day if there is worry. District Pilates rarely closes locations as most of the clients live in the neighborhood.
Terms & Conditions:
